Different installation methods for booster pumps also require different requirements. Take our gas-liquid booster pump as an example;
The required driving pressure range for the gas-liquid booster pump: 1 bar ≤ driving pressure ≤ 8.3 bar;
It also has requirements for the working environment: dust-free (maximum allowable particle size is 40 μ m. No corrosion, ambient temperature 0-60 ° C);
Drive gas connection: When the drive air interface is marked (with remarks on the installation size of the port thread), it is recommended to connect the drive and pre compressed media. It is recommended to configure a filter device with accuracy that meets our requirements. The drive intake is equipped with an oil mist device to lubricate the pump body itself (it is recommended to add VG32 turbine oil to the oil mist device, as other oils will accelerate the aging of the seals). In low-temperature environments, please add low-temperature resistant lubricating oil.
Medium type: The boosting medium can be hydraulic oil, pure water, liquid CO2, etc. The conventional booster pump medium cannot be corrosive, oxidizing, flammable and explosive liquids, such as nitrates.

Low pressure medium access: When the inlet interface is marked (with remarks on the installation size of the port thread), the pressurized medium is connected. The minimum purity requirement for the medium is NAS1638-10 level. It is recommended to configure a filter device with accuracy that meets our requirements. It is strictly prohibited to mix solid particles such as iron slag, welding slag, dust, and hydraulic oil in the medium. Please replace or filter it regularly.
Temperature requirements: For conventional booster pumps, the temperature of the driving gas and cylinder during operation is -20~80 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this range, the pump must be shut down and can only be started if the temperature is normal. The specified temperature for high-temperature products shall be implemented.
Pipeline requirements: Based on the output pressure of the pump, a pipeline that can withstand the maximum output pressure of the pump must be selected.
Fixing method: Each booster pump is equipped with two L-shaped legs, which are installed according to the size of the holes on the legs.
1. Ensure that the booster pump is securely fixed.
2. Ensure that all interfaces are securely connected and the components are installed in place.
3. Adjust the pressure reducing valve to set the air pressure to 0psi.
4. Turn on the intake switch, slowly increase the pressure reducing valve until the pump starts (under normal circumstances, the starting pressure of the pump is 15-20psi), continue to adjust and observe the high-pressure pressure gauge to reach the pressure you need.
